DevCreate is a Software Development and Structural Engineering Consultancy firm. We started our operations in 2020 and are based out of Pune, India. We started the firm to help engineers automate the everyday mundane activities with the qualitative outcome & increased efficiency. On the basis of that, We have helped many customers from Civil & Non-Civil background to solve real world problems. We also provide custom solutions to them through Plugins for various Softwares. Our services include Consulting, Application Development & Team Augmentation.

Anupama Ramnavmiwale

Devcreate Solutions LLP was founded by Anupama, a distinguished Structural Engineer having more than 20 years of experience in the field of engineering and software development. Anupama is a Chartered Structural Engineer, a professional engineer qualified by The Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) UK.

She has worked on medium and heavy-duty projects in various sectors like Industrial, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical plants, Power Plants, etc. She has wide experience in structural steel, concrete, composite, and Aluminum design exposure of regional and many of the global design standards. Anupama also brings additional value to her business by providing Green Solutions in design and construction as she is an IGBC-certified professional.

B.E. Electronics from Pune University. He has 18+ years of experience in the field of Software development. He has worked with many companies in across different domains, varied geographies & multiple roles. He joined DevCreate in 2021. With his extensive experience, Nilay has been managing the Technological aspects of DevCreate’s operations.

Foundations of Domain Expertise

Anupama began her journey as a structural engineer with a strong academic background and on-ground exposure to complex design projects across India and the UK. Her early work laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of structural analysis, code compliance, and the practical realities of construction.

Meanwhile, Nilay was immersed in software engineering and systems architecture, building scalable platforms and solving real-world problems through code. Their independent paths reflected two sides of the same coin: technical depth in engineering and software.

Building Depth, Gaining Perspective

Anupama earned her Chartered status from the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK) and took on leadership roles in both design and consulting. Her focus on accuracy, optimization, and mentoring younger engineers stood out.

Nilay expanded his technology career in enterprise product development, working across domains and mastering integration, UI/UX, and custom tooling. This period was marked by deep professional maturity for both.

Parallel Growth, Shared Ideals

As Anupama continued to engage with both national and international firms, Nilay began developing internal tools for design automation and project tracking—often experimenting with solutions to problems Anupama encountered on the job.

Their shared conversations around process inefficiencies, tool limitations, and workflow fragmentation sowed the seeds of a bigger vision: to bridge the gap between engineering needs and technical solutions.

Prototypes, Projects, and a Proof of Concept

The duo started collaborating on ad-hoc solutions—plugins, scripts, estimation tools—delivered to engineering teams through personal networks. The positive feedback validated their belief that most firms needed domain-aware digital interventions.

This period also included training programs led by Anupama, with Nilay building lightweight delivery platforms and tools to support learning. Their informal collaboration gradually grew into a focused mission.

Formation of DevCreate

In response to growing demand and validated use-cases, DevCreate Solutions LLP was formally established. Combining Anupama’s structural engineering expertise with Nilay’s software leadership, DevCreate offered domain-specific digital products, design services, and training.

The 25-30-30 Engineering Success Blueprint was born out of this phase, summarizing their core value: measurable impact for engineering teams through thoughtful automation, optimization, and domain-first design.
